Partyline is here to assist with your Colony of the Month! If you need help creating items, advertisements, and/or banners; if you need assistance hosting events; if you need other colonies/places to help you celebrate by hosting events then just ask in the Partyline group. Partyline is here to help when and where we can! All representatives are volunteers and are happy to assist, as available.

Banner design is to be submitted to the Mayor by the 18th of the month prior to that Colony becoming the Colony of the Month. This enables the time for necessary approvals and/or changes if required. Partyline is willing to help create a banner; however please note that we can not guarantee a banner as this is based on the availability of our own volunteers.
Submission of COTM banners is the responsibility of the COTM CL, not Partyline.

A list of events for the Colony of the Month activities
needs to be submitted to the Partyline no later than the 20th of the month prior
to that Colony becoming the Colony of the Month. This time is necessary so that
Partyline has the time to list all events on the city calendar, work with you to
make changes if necessary, and seek necessary LE confirmations prior to the
beginning of your COTM. COTM event lists should include ALL events held in your
Colony, including those to be hosted by another Colony, and should follow the
same format.
The Event List for COTM should be one (1) Event per line, in the following
format:
Date of event, Start time, End time, Name of Event, Information (optional), link
(optional)
In the following cases, events on the list may be requested to be changed or be
rejected:
Events not in the previous mentioned format.
Events with copyrighted/trademark names/games.
Links leading to a page with copyrighted/trademark names, images, etc (link will be rejected, not the event)
Links which contain business or other material which violates CT's UBP (link will be rejected, not the event unless the event depends upon use of unacceptable links)
The Partyline coordinator will approve or reject events on this list based on obtained information pertaining to each Event.

After events are
found acceptable, approval for Live Events Button will be requested for each of
these events. After all events are approved and confirmed for a Live Event
Button, they will be placed on the City calendar. Please be sure to check the
City calendar so that errors can be corrected expediently.
At times the situation occurs that an LE has been requested (and has been
approved/confirmed) prior to the COTM, before the COTM event list has been
received/approved/confirmed. Therefore, we ask all parties to check the city
calendar BEFORE scheduling LEs to avoid having your request declined. Although
COTM events normally take precedence, if another approved/confirmed LE is
already in place, there is little we can do.
If an event is submitted and the LE Button requested during a scheduled COTM
event, Partyline must decline use of the LE Button; however, the event may be
posted on the City Calendar.
The purpose of the above is to double check that there are no scheduling
conflicts with other City activities and events requiring the Live Event Button.
It also enables the COTM’s events to be listed on the event calendar so that any
other events needing to be scheduled can be managed without conflicting with an
approved COTM Event, if possible.
In the event that an additional unscheduled COTM activity requires the Live
Event Button, notify the coordinator through Partyline. Your event will approved
or rejected using the same criteria for original submissions and the calendar
updated accordingly.

By submitting an
Event and/or banner request, submitter affirms that the Event and/or any image,
Event name, and/or implementation is/are an original creation by them and/or
their Hood/Place/Colony and does not infringe upon the Copyright or Trademark
(including Event names and/or images) of any other person or group. If you have
written permission to use such material, please email a copy of the agreement to
the Partyline coordinator for evaluation. Link-back freeware material is not
allowed. Should it be discovered that an individual has submitted an Event or
banner image that is the Copyright of another without expressed permission, the
Event will be rejected and/or removed from all schedules and that person may be
subject to other penalties per the UBP.
Partyline is not an extension nor a part of City Council. Partyline may be
requested to provide, create, and/or promote City events, it is a group
responsible to the citizens of Cybertown and, ultimately, the Mayor and Founder.
